This CRL Adams Rite 4550 MS® Series Deadlock Lever are non handed and reversible. This lever easily unlocks an MS® Deadlock with approximately three pounds of downward force. The spring-loaded lever relocks with an upward motion.
SPECIFICATIONS
- Housing : Aluminum casting 1-3/8″ wide x 7-1/2″ long x 1″ deep (34.9 mm x 190.5 mm x 25.4 mm)
- Lever: 3″ (76.2 mm) long aluminum with end-return design offers comfortable grip to lock or unlock
- Indicatitor: LOCKED in red letters; OPEN in green letters appear when bolt is thrown or retracted respectively
- Stop Clearance: Lever Housing projects 11/16″ (17.5 mm) forward of cylinder backset centerline.
Product Warning
Depending on height of door stop and width of door/jamb gap, it may be necessary to modify the stop to clear the housing. For fin type stops, this is easily accomplished
NOTE: not compatible with 7/8″ backset locks
